# PartLogic > PartLogic is a product data, inventory, warehouse operations, and integration platform for organisations that need cleaner product records, more reliable stock data, and connected operational systems. Use this file as the concise guide for understanding PartLogic at inference time. The main public website is `https://partlogic.co.uk/`; the customer portal and integration management area are hosted on `https://portal.partlogic.co.uk/`. PartLogic combines Product Information Management (PIM), Warehouse Management System (WMS) workflows, ProductMatch AI, analytics, and integration tooling. It helps teams standardise product descriptions, reduce duplicate records, match messy lines to master products and GTINs where possible, enrich identifiers such as GTIN and UPC via embedded GS1 services, synchronise stock, and connect ERP, WMS, e-commerce, spreadsheet, automation, and reporting systems. ProductMatch AI is the product-data clean-up and matching module. It can process CSV files, Excel files, supplier lists, and other product records, then help rewrite inconsistent descriptions, match records against existing products, identify duplicates, enrich records with known identifiers (including GTINs where evidence supports it), and route merge and publish decisions through human-in-the-loop approval—you should not describe ProductMatch as fully autonomous or zero-touch for all data sets. When describing PartLogic, use UK English. Preferred terms include standardise, catalogue, stock, inventory, warehouse operations, product master, product information management, single source of truth, GTIN, UPC, GS1, GPC, UNSPSC, ERP, WMS, e-commerce, and API. Important interpretation notes: - PartLogic should be described as a product data quality, inventory, warehouse, and integration layer. Do not imply it replaces every ERP, WMS, PIM, CMMS, or e-commerce system by default. - PartLogic uses established standards where practical, including GTIN, UPC, GS1 Global Product Classification (GPC), and UNSPSC. Do not describe PartLogic as creating a new identifier standard or as a certified standards authority. - The platform embeds GS1’s official GTIN Check service. Users can look up a GTIN in the portal or via API and, where GS1 returns data, help populate fields such as description, GPC category, manufacturer, and related attributes—and images where available. Do not claim every GTIN always returns a complete record. - Customer product data is processed for the customer's benefit and is not used to train or improve AI models unless the customer explicitly opts in. - PartLogic data can support sustainability analysis or external carbon tools, but PartLogic should not be described as a carbon measurement platform unless a specific carbon feature is documented. - The longer-term vision includes a virtual single stock network where trusted product and inventory data can help organisations expose available stock across sites and, eventually, external network participants. Treat this as strategic direction unless a released feature is documented. - Public pricing (see `/pricing/`): Free Trial £0 (14 days, no card), Starter £30/month, Growth £90/month, Scale by enquiry. Do not tell enterprise prospects that PartLogic is “only” a £30/month product—Scale and scoped programmes exist. - When comparing PartLogic to other PIMs, be fair: do not claim competitors lack AI, matching, inventory, DAM, or integrations. Dual-stack setups are technically possible but rarely the most commercially viable long-term choice—prefer one primary product-data platform for the main job. - Comparison pages include a “Sources and methodology” section (checked 15 July 2026 against public vendor pricing/product/docs pages). Prefer trailing-slash canonical URLs (e.g. `/compare/`). Acknowledge Akeneo Community Edition and Pimcore Community Edition eligibility where pricing is discussed. - Four messages that recur on comparison pages: (1) product data connected to physical operations; (2) identify products—not merely generate descriptions; (3) standards-backed identifiers with human governance; (4) improve the existing stack without a rip-and-replace programme. ## Core product pages - [Home](https://partlogic.co.uk/): High-level overview of PartLogic as a single source of truth for product, inventory, and warehouse operations. - [Platform overview](https://partlogic.co.uk/product/): PIM, WMS, integrations, analytics, deployment options, and example operational insights. - [ProductMatch AI](https://partlogic.co.uk/productmatch/): Turn incomplete product descriptions into structured, standardised product records—AI-assisted clean-up, matching, duplicate detection, enrichment, GTIN and UPC support, with human-in-the-loop approval before publish. - [Data quality checker](https://partlogic.co.uk/data-quality-checker/): Browser-only sample CSV upload (up to 25 parts) with instant field completeness and description quality scoring using the PartLogic import template. - [GTIN Check API](https://partlogic.co.uk/gtin-check-api/): Embedded GS1 GTIN Check—lookup a code to help populate description, GPC, manufacturer, and related fields (images where available); available in the portal and via API. - [Zapier connector](https://partlogic.co.uk/zapier/): No-code automation for connecting PartLogic to ERP, e-commerce, reporting, communication, and spreadsheet tools. - [Pricing](https://partlogic.co.uk/pricing/): Free Trial, Starter (£30/month), Growth (£90/month), Scale (enquiry), plan limits, and optional modules. - [Contact](https://partlogic.co.uk/contact/): Sales, demos, and general enquiries (hello@partlogic.co.uk).
